Mace have been appointed as the main contractor to deliver Phase 1, 2 and 3 of the Chelsea Barracks scheme. They are currently working towards completion of the basement excavation works prior to embarking on the sub and super structure concrete works.

Phase 4 Exhibition

We would like to invite you to our next exhibition to view the developing design proposals for Phase 4 of the Chelsea Barracks site, comprising of an area adjacent to Chelsea Bridge Road.

You will have the opportunity to talk to Eric Parry Architects, recently appointed to design this phase of the development.

New Hoarding Installation

The existing hoarding that surrounds the site is in the process of being replaced. Works are taking place on Chelsea Bridge Road, will then move to Pimlico Road and finally to Ebury Bridge Road. More details can be found on our Weekly Site Update (left).

Every care is been taken to ensure the works have minimal impact on pedestrians. Please do get in touch with us if you have any questions or comments.

Holiday site closure

All major activities are due to stop on 19th December 2014 and will recommence on 5th January 2015.

Extended pavement closure

The current pavement closure on Ebury Bridge Road is expected to continue until mid 2015.

This is to ensure safe working methods can be adhered to and ensure pedestrian safety.

We are sorry for any inconveniences this causes.

Pavement Closure

The pavement on Ebury Bridge Road that adjoins the Chelsea Barracks site will be closed from early 2014 to early 2015. The existing bus stop has been temporarily moved to the north end of Ebury Bridge Road while the works take place.

Phase 1 design submitted to WCC

Things are moving forward on the Chelsea Barracks site and we are very happy to announce the successful submission of a planning application for the first three blocks that make up Phase 1. To view the planning submission on the WCC website, please click here.
